The Mission of Womenís Health Dynamics is:
- To promote womenís health, and health care decision-making, through
knowledge of the dynamic menstrual cycle.
- To provide quality menstrual cycle education for women, mothers,
daughters, educators, and healthcare providers, and to enable
women to graphically visualize the dynamic nature of the menstrual cycle.
The Menstrual Cycle . . . a dynamic process that women experience.
All women, mothers, daughters, educators, and health care
know as much as possible about this amazing and wondrous aspect of the human body.
Why? Because this powerful force within a womanís
body is a sign of health and well-being.
And itís important for all women, no matter what their age, to be in tune with their
bodies and understand the changes taking place.
Whether you are a woman, a mother, a daughter, an
educator, or a healthcare professional, A Womanís World: Discovering the Dynamic Menstrual
Cycle takes the mystery and confusion out of learning about the menstrual cycle in a way that
is informative, educational, yet simple to understand.
Explore this site, learn about the changes women experience, and find
out how to share that information so all women can better understand the ways in which
their bodies work.

"The CDs are
